Is GuiriGuru a law firm?
No. GuiriGuru is a relocation and project management service. Legal advice comes from an independent, licensed Spanish immigration lawyer. We manage the paperwork, appointments, translations and insurance around it.
Do I have to hire the lawyer?
No. Your first consultation with the lawyer is free. If you'd like her to handle the legal side of your application, you pay her directly, typically about €500 to €550. Our packages work with or without her.
Which visas do you help with?
The Non-Lucrative Visa, Digital Nomad Visa, Student Visa and family residence for spouses of EU or Spanish citizens. Compare the routes. For other visa types, book a consultation and we'll point you in the right direction.
Can you guarantee my visa is approved?
No one can guarantee a decision from a Spanish consulate or immigration office. What we can do is make sure your application is complete, correctly translated and submitted on time, which removes the most common reasons for delays and refusals.
What costs aren't included?
Third-party fees are paid directly to the provider: consulate and government fees, official sworn translations, apostilles, FBI checks, courier costs, health insurance premiums and the lawyer's fee if you hire her. We'll give you quotes up front so there are no surprises.

Essentials covers the whole household. Full Project Management and Visa + Arrival are priced for the main applicant, with a lower add-on for each accompanying spouse or child, since each person needs their own document packet.
