Depending on the service you request, we may collect:
- Your name and contact details, including email address and telephone number.
- Information you provide through enquiry forms, callback requests, email, telephone or WhatsApp.
- Information relating to your planned move to Spain, such as your intended arrival date, destination, visa or residency route and family circumstances.
- Documents or information you voluntarily provide where required to deliver a service.
- Payment and transaction information where you purchase a service directly from GuiriGuru.
- Technical information associated with your use of our website, such as IP address, browser information and cookie or analytics data, as described in our Cookie Policy.
Health insurance enquiries
If you request a health insurance quotation, we may ask you to complete our online health questionnaire. The questionnaire asks for a first or preferred name, date of birth, and health and medical information required to assess eligibility, prepare a quotation or process an insurance application.
The online form also collects an email address so that a PDF copy of the completed questionnaire can be sent to you. Your email address is not included in the generated health questionnaire PDF.
The completed health questionnaire is sent directly to GuiriGuru by email and is not stored in our HubSpot CRM. Health information is used only for insurance-related purposes and, where necessary, is shared with the licensed insurance professionals and insurance companies involved in your request. GuiriGuru does not use health information submitted through the questionnaire for advertising or marketing purposes.

GuiriGuru is not an insurance company and does not underwrite insurance policies. Insurance products are offered and administered by the relevant insurance company through appropriately licensed insurance distributors.
If you request a health insurance quotation, we may ask you to complete our online health questionnaire containing information required by the licensed insurance distributor and/or insurance company to assess eligibility. The questionnaire PDF contains your first or preferred name, date of birth, and the health information you provide. Your email address is collected separately by the online form so that a copy of the completed questionnaire can be sent to you; it is not included in the questionnaire PDF.
The completed health questionnaire is sent directly to GuiriGuru by email and is not stored in our HubSpot CRM. With your explicit consent, GuiriGuru may forward the health questionnaire to the licensed insurance distributor and, where necessary, the relevant insurance company for the purpose of preparing a quotation, assessing an application or arranging insurance coverage.
GuiriGuru does not use your health information for advertising or marketing purposes.
If you proceed with an insurance policy, the insurance distributor and insurance company will process your personal information in accordance with their own legal and regulatory obligations and privacy policies.
Insurance premiums are paid to the relevant insurer or as otherwise instructed by the licensed insurance distributor. Any insurance policy, coverage, cancellation or refund is subject to the terms and conditions of the relevant insurer.
7. International Data Transfers
Some of the technology providers we use may process personal information outside the European Economic Area (EEA).
Where personal information is transferred internationally, we take reasonable steps to ensure that appropriate safeguards required by applicable data protection law are in place, such as an adequacy decision or approved contractual safeguards.
