This may include assistance relating to consular appointments, padrón registration, TIE applications and other administrative procedures.
GuiriGuru may perform this work directly or coordinate with independent gestores, administrative service providers or other appropriately qualified professionals.
Appointment availability and administrative decisions are controlled by the relevant consulate, government authority, police station, municipality or other responsible organisation. GuiriGuru does not control or guarantee appointment availability, acceptance of documents, or the outcome of any government or administrative procedure.
5. Insurance Services
GuiriGuru is not an insurance company and does not independently underwrite or issue insurance policies. GuiriGuru acts as an external collaborator with licensed insurance distributors in Spain.
We may provide general information about insurance products, collect information necessary to obtain quotations, coordinate communications and introduce Clients to licensed insurance professionals. Insurance advice, policy recommendations, underwriting decisions, policy issuance and other regulated insurance activities are provided by the relevant licensed insurance distributor and/or insurance company.
Insurance premiums are paid directly to the relevant insurance company or authorised insurance distributor and not to GuiriGuru.
Policy terms, coverage, exclusions, acceptance, cancellations and refunds are governed by the applicable insurer’s documentation and procedures.

Ordinary translations provided by GuiriGuru are not official sworn translations unless expressly identified as such.

Where a Client enters into a contract directly with an independent third-party provider, that provider is responsible for the professional advice, products or services it supplies. GuiriGuru is not a party to that independent contract unless expressly stated otherwise.
GuiriGuru may also engage qualified professionals or service providers to assist in providing services purchased directly from GuiriGuru.
8. No Guarantee of Visa or Administrative Outcome
GuiriGuru provides its services with reasonable care and skill but cannot guarantee the approval or outcome of any visa, residence permit, TIE application, padrón registration, insurance application or other government or administrative procedure.
