Purpose of the Website
GuiriGuru.com provides information, guides, educational content, and consulting services to individuals planning to travel to or relocate to Spain. Our services may include relocation consultations, information about Spanish visas, healthcare, real estate, taxation, and other relocation-related topics.
GuiriGuru also acts as a marketing partner and external collaborator for licensed insurance distributors in Spain. Where requested by a user, we may introduce individuals to a licensed insurance distributor for health insurance quotations and policy placement.
GuiriGuru does not underwrite, issue, or administer insurance policies and does not act as a licensed insurance agent.

Consulting Services and Payments
GuiriGuru.com provides one-on-one consulting services upon booking and full pre-payment.
- Consultation fees are non-refundable once the consultation has taken place. If GuiriGuru cancels a consultation, the client may choose between a full refund or rescheduling.
- Rescheduling requests made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will be accommodated where reasonably possible.
We aim to provide useful, experience-based advice, but no guarantees can be made regarding specific outcomes, especially regarding legal or administrative matters. Our relocation consultations provide general guidance based on experience and publicly available information. They do not constitute legal, immigration, tax, financial, medical, or regulated insurance advice.
Insurance Services
Where GuiriGuru provides information about health insurance or introduces you to one of our licensed insurance distributor partners, GuiriGuru acts solely as a referral partner and external collaborator. All insurance advice, policy recommendations, quotations, underwriting decisions, policy documentation, premium collection, and insurance contracts are provided by the licensed insurance distributor and the relevant insurer.
GuiriGuru is not an insurance company or licensed insurance agent and does not provide regulated insurance advice. Any insurance policy purchased by you is a contract between you, the licensed insurance distributor, and the insurer. GuiriGuru is not a party to that contract and accepts no responsibility for underwriting decisions, policy terms, claims handling, premium calculations, policy acceptance, renewal, cancellation, or claim outcomes. Questions regarding insurance cover, exclusions, waiting periods, underwriting, claims, or policy administration should be directed to the licensed insurance distributor or insurer.
Where required to obtain an insurance quotation or submit an application, GuiriGuru may provide you with a health questionnaire to complete and return by email. Any health information you voluntarily provide will be securely transmitted to our licensed insurance distributor and, where necessary, the relevant insurer for the sole purpose of obtaining an insurance quotation or arranging an insurance policy. The collection and processing of personal data, including health information, is governed by our Privacy Policy.
Third-Party Services
GuiriGuru may introduce users to independent third-party professionals and service providers, including licensed insurance distributors, immigration advisers, lawyers, accountants, real estate professionals, healthcare providers, and other relocation specialists.
These professionals operate independently of GuiriGuru and are solely responsible for the services they provide.
GuiriGuru is not responsible for the advice, services, contracts, or outcomes resulting from your relationship with any third-party provider.
Affiliate Disclosure
GuiriGuru may receive referral fees, commissions, or other compensation when users purchase products or services through affiliate links or through introductions to selected partners. This does not increase the price you pay.
Limitation of Liability
GuiriGuru.com shall not be held liable for:
- The accuracy or completeness of any content posted on the site.
- Any decisions made by users based on our content or services.
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of the site or our consulting services.
- Content on third-party websites accessed via external links.
- Decisions made by insurers regarding eligibility, underwriting, pricing, acceptance or claims.
